I just thought Id share my positive experience with RST customer service.

I bought a pair of RST boots about 18 months ago and recently found a couple of issues with them. I sent RST an email with photos of the problem points - some stitching starting to come away and a split PU ankle protector. But overall, Ive been really pleased with them.

From the start RST were interested in getting my feedback, ending up with me returning the boots to RST for a first-hand inspection of the problems. The long and the short of it is that RST have sent me a new, replacement pair of boots even though the old ones were well out of the warranty period and, practically speaking, had many thousands of miles left in them.

Customer service above and beyond normal expectations.

Nice to hear about good customer service for a change - it would swing me to buying RST products again in the future.

I've had RST kit since getting into biking back in 2005.

My last leather/textile jacket from RST had to be at least 8 years old. Apart from a bit of wear and tear, and the white leather inserts being a bit grubby, it's still in great nick!
