Finally got round to downloading the RTT pics. Here is a random selection.
River Dordogne from the road
and the same stretch from above.
Nice foie gras here. The waiter had to cross the street to serve table.
Some ducks waiting to become foie gras.
Some cakes.
One for the family album.
A chateau but not the one we got locked in!
After the black pudding.
Nice line in streetlamps.
A few sunflowers.
In this cafe there were only two items on the menu - both were delicious.
And this was the owner, waitress and chef who cooked a cake so famous it had it's own postcard! And was exceptionally delicious.
Cakey bliss at the same cafe - but this was not the famous cake which were so overcome by we could not take a picture.
Medieval fort in Gencay once conquered by the Black Prince.
The bikes are down there - view from Mont St Michel.
Ready for the road back to Cherbourg.
And finally Guinness and Edith who entertained us royally.
