Hi all
I've got my ninner off the road at the mo to fix a number of problems first one being that I've got a whinning from the left hand side of the engine when riding. It appears to be coming from the lower engine casing. Problem is I can't get in closer to have a better listen and now it's off the road I can't give very detailed feedback.
My initial thoughts were something in the small sprocket area. If so how and what would I check.

Ta

Hows the chain tension? They run fairly loose.

Snowbird/Lee thanks guys, yes running about 50 to 55mm. I check it regularly when on the road.

I think it was run too tight for a short while some time ago. Literally 2 to 3 miles.
