@ Studley Ramrod

Have you already chosen a quarter in Monschau?
Monschau is also a youth hostel.
Hotel beds are available in the area at 35 €.
You could for a group of about 20 people to negotiate a discount for bed and half board.

I could help you in finding a quarter in the area Monschau, and phone calls directly to the people of Germany.
It is certainly easier for me to find a good offer when you made for GB.

Hi Limbo, I'm only facilitating the polls and not personally organising the event. Once the event and date is decided we will hopefully have a member come forward to actually organise the accomodation/camping/hostel etc.

However, I'm sure the info you have given and the help offered will be used by the organiser. :) Many thanks !

I suppose this will be me then :/

I don't mind sorting routes etc. accommodation is up to individuals. Patrick and I found a nice holiday home there and have sampled the hotels. Need some sort of numbers first I suppose.

One can look for offers for 18 - 24 people in the RTT time.
Questions The number of available beds,
Questions Single and Double rooms in total.
Ask the price for half board at a discount.

With the fixed location and the price then any book binding and then there is a specific number of participants.
This participants does Carpe the hotel.
