Rules have changed. Somebody may have already posted but can't find anything so just so we don't get caught out when the Stasi allow travel......I'm having to replace number plate stickers on bikes/cars.....only plate stickers allowed are GB only or GB and Union Jack......no eu symbol or England/Scotland/Wales/NI logo allowed unless accompanied by a big daft black on white GB sticker.Attached File  20210310_182714.jpg   96.28KB   1 downloads

According to this site it only applies to plates produced after December 31st 2020. Pre existing plates can remain the same

https://www.gov.uk/d...and-identifiers  can be interpreted to match either of you two! (NB there's no co. in the URL)

The relevant bit for Apache is about overseas travel, and it's at the end labelled: Travelling in Europe

So you don't need to change unless wanting to go to Euroland. And only "GB" is allowed on the plate for that.

Leastways, that's how I read it.

Why have anything on the plate unless travelling into the EU?

Just the necessary reg digits and a smaller plate.

Just to clarify....the thread was only intended re EU travel.
The only acceptable logo on the actual number plate is GB or GB + Union Jack

Don't forget,  you still need a GB sticker regardless of what you have on your plate in some countries.
