Have you already chosen a quarter in Monschau?
Monschau is also a youth hostel.
Hotel beds are available in the area at 35 €.
You could for a group of about 20 people to negotiate a discount for bed and half board.
I could help you in finding a quarter in the area Monschau, and phone calls directly to the people of Germany.
It is certainly easier for me to find a good offer when you made for GB.

I don't mind sorting routes etc. accommodation is up to individuals. Patrick and I found a nice holiday home there and have sampled the hotels. Need some sort of numbers first I suppose.

Questions The number of available beds,
Questions Single and Double rooms in total.
