had a great day out today, rode through Knutsford and wended my way to Raven cafe in Whitchurch for brew and a butty.

Off through Ellesmere (very pretty) into Llangollen which was very busy. up the horseshoe pass to stop at Ponderosa for a brief stop.
Coming off the top I caught sight of a cafe with motorbikes in the window and U turned and had to check it out.

Really nice place with a bubbling brook at the back. Owner came out to have a chat and he has only been open for 11 months. Defiantly come back there when I'm in the area.

Cool. Thanks for sharing Drewps, looks far more interesting than the Ponderosa.  :good:

First and the last time I visited the Ponderosa me n cliff were trying to help some guy who'd binned his blingingly customised Bandit.  He'd knocked the oil feed pipe and coupling right off the cylinder head and was trying to fix it.  Long story short, him and his mate actually pushed the bike the best part of a mile to the Pondy just after we'd finished our brekky and were ready for setting off.

I come over from Llangollen and past the ponderosa on the right. Down the hill and up to roundabout and right there (3rd exit)
down to light and straight over, basically using the signs for Chester.
