Mk2a 2000 in Silver. Top end Refurb @ 41100 miles, Scottoiler, Renthal Road High Bars, Up & Back Bar Risers, Bellypan, DL650 Handguards, Capt. Tennessee TDM, congrats. I don't have your mechanic chops. I had to pay someone. Since I bought it 10 years ago, rebuilt carbs with Factory Pro emulsion tubes, bored, new pistons (2X OS), decked head, new valves, seals, springs, exhaust guides, Cogent Dynamics custom shock (they built my KLR 650 shock), Race Tech fork springs, braided stainless brake lines, reupholstered seat, aluminum bars, swingarm bearings. Steering head bearings should deliver today - one of the last things to restore. Had a Microm 2-1 exhaust. Kept the header, ditched the can (horrible sounding). Installed factory can from an 06 ZX14 that sounds great (not loud) and breaths great.
I'm a loyal Kawasaki rider but I really like my TDM.
P.S. my sister's in Fayetteville - BMW rider...
