Pushing it out of garage, shit it feels very heavy. Checked and found that back tyre was really soft. One of the many plugs had come loose, and was leaking air. I'm sure it was the repair I did on the side of the M7 on my way down to Eagle Point Campsite several years back. Cars whizzing past way too close to me.

Decided it is time to replace both tyres. 8500 miles up on them, Pirelli Diablo Stradas.

All I can see in Pirelli is Angel GT or Sport Demon.

Anyone got either fitted?

Comments?

Mind you, it seems bloody light after pushing 2 1200cc BMWs out as well

Hi to all!

Yesterday I went out on the bike and when I used the rear brake, I realized that the pedal is a little heavy and very little is braking.
07/11/2014 Today is raining and the bike is in the garage under a protective cover.
I lifted the protective cover and watched the whole rear brake system.

Should I take it apart soon to service. I also noticed that both tires are in time to be replaced.

:sorry:  I was only watching, did not move at all.

Cheers!

Back brakes on the 850's are pretty useless anyway Sidarta, but a service won't hurt - the rear brake on the Niner is a huge improvement

Take it you're not watching the football tomorrow then ?  ;)

Hi sidestand!

I plan on doing a brake maintenance next week.

Boy, do not tell me that in football. :hide:  In the match against Germany in the second goal I left the room and went to take a bath.

I figured it would be more. It seemed that the Brazilian players were asleep, were all doped.
I did not want, but I will watch today's game, Brazil vs Netherlands. :sorry:
The mind does not even want to think about football, but the heart does not stop rooting for this country that I love; Brazil.
As for Sunday's game Germany-Argentina ....... I'm German since I was born. :drinks:

Cheers!

Looked at mine, thought she needs a wash, Shrugged shoulders. Hopped on the GPZ & took her to the local Yam dealer where she was booked in for some new boots. Then out for a spin, for me & her to get acquainted (apart from to & from MOT it's the first ride). Will wash them both tomorrow & then take the TDM out for a spin.

Now I just fly everywhere.

Be yourself, because everybody else is taken.

Took mine for a little bimble around the Chilterns ........ 104 miles and a stop at On Yer Bike near Aylesbury to buy new gloves. Loving the MRA Vario screen recently acquired from Mr Henty and it's now covered with dead bugs and the like.

Tomorrow is wash day...... Two cars and one bike..... Weather permitting...... ;-))

Switched to reserve...odometer showing 297kms - this means I'm like 99% back to normal  :)

Filled a tiny leak in downpipes/collector box joint with gun gum & a piece of tin on Friday. Might have improved mileage ?
