That's true! But if we say yes to them all for now at least it should be enough for those that want it and it'll keep us together. As long as we don't mess the hotel about I can't see a problem. We can always say no to the rest.

The hotel is dated 14 to 19 July blocked us.
We need more room, the Carpes sleep in the house next door.
We have blocked too many rooms, we give some room freed.
We are too few people, we lose the discount for Half Board.
It lacks a new theme to room or bed preorder and confirm later.
I'm on the Sun 14th arriving and take a single room for 5 nights.
This is confirm.

Could you do the same for me Limbo? Studders can we have a sign up sheet. So people can book what with who and what rooms etc. Dates in Monschau are Sunday 14th July arrive and depart Friday 19th. I may have another 2 days touring round before coming back on the 21st

An organizer with UK native language should create an open list, where the Carpes can enter .
When arriving and when to go back.
Want a single room, looking half a double room shared with whom.
The complete list can I send the hotel, and give the arrangements with the hotel back to the Carpes .
