I found it easier to pop the exhaust off beforehand, i min job, then as per video, shouldnt take long at all, you may have to press the pisstons back in, give the rear caliper a clean up while your at it.

Yes that's correct give the calliper bolts a good clean before refitting they tend to stick a bit resulting in uneven pad wear not to mention a dragging brake.
