Sat at Dover waiting for the arrival of AliG. It's a bit misty but weather looks promising. Can I take the opportunity to wish all the attendees a safe trip and I'll see you in Monschau tomorrow. Also thanks to all that have helped with arrangements especially Limbo.

It's finally here :good:

I have started my approach as well, with a small "detour" due to a family event. Yesterday I did ~300miles mostly on motorways. Today I am meeting with other TDM-Forum members to evaluate and probably finalize the booking of next year's MT (details later in Monschau).

Monday morning I will first visit relatives in Cologne and then have my final approach to Monschau.

Have a save trip. See (hopefully) many of you soon!

As he wrote this, I was sitting in a cafe in Dover having a bacon roll and a cup of tea. All's well and looking forward to tomorrow's ride to Monschau.

Quote removed. Quoting embedded video drastically increases the possibility of our site goin' tits up so please don't quote embedded video if at all possible. Thankyou. SR. :)

Look at all those old fashioned buildings and not a WH Smith in sight. Croydon it's not. Clearly the Germans don't have the same calibre of council town planners as we do in the UK.
